MANS 2010 ELECTIONS

We will be electing new officers and board at the convention. If interested, please fully complete the application below. To be placed on the slate prior to convention all applications must be received no later than January 23, 2010. After this date if you wish to run for a board position, complete this form and bring it with you to the convention on January 30, 2010.
